Finish Line Costa Mesa – Phase II Update

As is typical with many development projects, it always takes longer to get the building permit and commence construction than planned. We are hopeful we will be ready to break ground by April 1, 2024 and have a target completion within 12 months.
The two new buildings in phase II will have 9 more garages totaling 23,000 square feet, bringing the overall project to 103,000 square feet, and 41 garages. We plan to release availability and pricing once we commence construction.
